What a start to our offer 4 February sessions at Gorton Library last Thursday, and its FREE!!
Much tea, coffee, laughter and biscuits to help keep us all going, great fun!
So, come and join us, doesn’t matter that you consider you can’t draw or paint, we are there to help you to freely express yourselves and enjoy an afternoon of relaxing enjoyment.
This Thursday the 14th Feb, 2.15 -4.15pm at Gorton Library, continuing on the following Thursdays the 21st, and the 28th.
The Project is funded by Manchester City Council’s -Neighbourhood Investment Fund

The work to be exhibited is from 13 years of delivered community visual art projects, related to the rich social history of Gorton and surrounding areas. After outreaching our “let me introduce myself “project at The Oasis Centre, Gorton, The Dell Residential Care Home, Gorton and The Owl and the Coconut in Levenshulme, we are back in the studio, putting together the gather portraits of local people to formulate a collective continual piece of Public Art.
Wherever we go, we continually are asked the same question ….” WHEN ARE YOU COMING BACK”!!!!!!!!!
